Tenants and Community Groups Rewards

The vast majority of our tenants look after their home and area and this is our way of giving something back..  It will also encourage other tenants to help A1 in the management of their tenancies.  For details of A1 Housing want to promote and reward tenants for positive behaviour please read on. 

Good Tenant Rewards
This is a prize draw open to all A1 Housing tenants, the draw is made quarterly and there are 3 prizes each quarter of £250 each.

Community Rewards
This is a grant of up to £200, open to community groups within areas where there is A1 Housing stock.

Direct Debit Rewards
This is a prize draw open to all tenants whose current method of payment for rent is direct debit or standing order. The draw is made quarterly and there are 2 prizes of £250 each.

Involvement Rewards
This is a reward for participating and being involved with A1 Housing’s services. Tenants are rewarded according to their level of involvement.

Focus Groups – where tenants attend a focus group to give their views on any aspect of A1 Housing’s services they will each receive £10.

Tenants Suggestion Scheme – each tenant who makes a suggestion to A1 Housing to improve services will be entered into a prize draw. The draw is made quarterly with a prize of £50.

Repairs Satisfaction Survey – when tenants return the satisfaction cards left after a repair has been carried out in their home, then they will be entered into a prize draw. The draw is made monthly and the prize is £100.

New tenants satisfaction survey – when new tenants return the satisfaction card which is left in their new home they are entered into a quarterly prize draw with a £100 prize.

Forming a Tenants and Residents Association – this is a grant available to help in forming a Tenants and Residents Association. The start –up grant is £100.

Continuing a Tenants and Residents Association – this is a grant paid each year to existing Tenants and Residents Associations; the annual grant is £500.

Tenants And Residents Associations Bonuses.  This is a reward open for all existing Tenants and Residents Associations or Tenants Voices to bid for environmental works in their area up to £2,000.
