We inspect all the areas where we manage property on a regular cycle to:
The Inspection involves walking around the estate to check that the area is well kept and taking action to deal with any problems such as vandalism or graffiti.
This ensures that an A1 Neighbourhood Housing Officer accompanied by a Board Member and representatives of local tenants group inspect every estate annually.
Tenants and residents are welcome to attend the Inspections.
