Estate Inspections
We should all have a feeling of pride in our local community. Untidy looking streets and estates make us feel bad about our local area.
We inspect all the areas where we manage property on a regular cycle to:
- Identify problems
- Monitor the services we provide
- Identify proposals for neighbourhood improvements
The Inspection involves walking around the estate to check that the area is well kept and taking action to deal with any problems such as vandalism or graffiti. This ensures that an A1 Neighbourhood Housing Officer accompanied by a Board Member and representatives of local tenants group inspect every estate annually.
Tenants and residents are welcome to attend the Inspections.
