A1 Hundred Club agree the standards for A1 Housing

In July the members of the A1 Hundred Club helped set the Service Standards for A1 Housing, (Service Standards are a set of targets that A1 say they will meet when carrying out services to you and your home).

They did this by using the most up to date technology of electronic voting, this lets people vote without anyone else seeing what decision has been made. The results are then shown instantly, so people can see the outcome. The members found this a very good way of voting and can’t wait for the next session.
