The role of a Tenant Liaison Officer is to provide information and support to A1 Housing tenants during all stages of the Decent Homes work.
They will give advice and deal with any questions or complaints you have.
All Tenant Liaison Officers will carry an identification badge, please always ask to see this before allowing anyone into your home.
Bob Picksley
As the Senior TLO for A1 Housing, Bob will be a familiar face to many tenants and has worked for Bassetlaw District Council and A1 Housing for more than 10 years. He is a dedicated Sheffield United fan and a keen fell walker.
"I find that if you are open, honest and fair then people will appreciate what you do. With experience of almost every area of construction work and housing management, I know I can balance customer service and quality control."
Shaun Nee
Originally from Nottingham, Shaun has more than 10 years of experience working with members of the public and enjoys the daily challenges of his role as Senior TLO for Bullock.
"It is very important to have the link between tenants, contractors and A1 Housing. At all stages the tenant should be involved in the refurbishment of their properties and that they are dealt with in a professional manner at all times to ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times."
Steve Pawlowski
Steve's varied career has seen him serve in the Army as part of the Queen's Royal Lancers before going on to work for Mansfield Brewery for over 20 years. He has an interest in clay pigeon shooting and socialising.
"It is extremely important to keep a constant working link between Bullock and A1 Housing. Being a TLO allows me to meet different types of people and deal with different situations each day."
Simon Betts
Simon has plenty of experience working on the Decent Homes programme in Bassetlaw having been with Connaught before joining Bullock. He has also spent seven years working in the retail industry.
"One of the most important parts of a TLO's job is to make sure the work progresses as smoothly as possible for the tenant."
Pauline Mumby
Pauline from Nottingham has 30 years experience in local government public sector housing, when not at work Pauline enjoys gardening and likes to keep fit with Aerobics.
" I enjoy working as a TLO both working in a team at bullock and in partnership with A1 Housing in improving peoples homes and communities."
Dawn Goacher
Dawn has possibly the most interesting career history of all our TLOs and before joining Bullock, had taken on diverse roles such as working in the Customer Service and Warehouse departments for Sainsbury's and being a spot welder.
"I think Decent Homes is an excellent scheme and by ensuring that properties are improved, this in turn improves the quality of lives for the tenants."
