A1 Housing Performance

A1 Housing recognises that effective performance management is a critical factor for it to achieve its goal to provide excellent services. We recognise that good performance is not about providing services at the lowest cost but providing good quality services which deliver value for money. A1 Housing’s performance management system is about delivering good housing management practices, achieving the goals of the organisation and its stakeholders and providing better services to customers.

We have recently changed our method of reporting our performance to the A1 Board and our tenants. Our new reports will provide clearer information on our performance against our targets for the year, comparison against other organisations and an explanation of our progress.
