A1 Housing's Supported Housing team provide support and reassurance to older tenants who wish to live independently in their own homes for longer.
We have a range of accommodation including one and two bed bungalows and flats, a small number of bedsits and self-contained flats in five Sheltered Schemes throughout Bassetlaw.
All of our Supported Housing properties, those which are designated for senior citizens, are fitted with emergency call equipment to provide additional peace of mind and give you the reassurance you may need should anything go wrong.
When activated, emergency pull cords and pendants will put you through to a 24 hour contact centre which can request a doctor or any of the emergency services on your behalf.
As such all senior citizen designated properties are subject to a nominal weekly charge to cover the service and maintenance of the equipment, with the option of additional warden visits.
