A1 Housing Repairs Book

This book provides you with information about our repairs service for tenants. It tells you what we need to know in order to arrange a repair to your home. It also gives instructions on how to do some simple tasks yourself.

Before you phone us or call at your Area Housing Office about a repair, please look at the menu at the side of the page to find the section that will help you describe the problem clearly. Our staff have the same books, so they can talk through the problem with you. By giving us as much information as you can, you will help us to carry out your repair more efficiently.

This book only gives details of our repairs service. You can find out about all other matters relating to your tenancy in your Tenants’ Handbook.
