The Supported Housing Service currently employs nine Area Wardens and five Sheltered Wardens located throughout Bassetlaw, who work from 8:30 am until 4:20 pm every day, Monday to Friday. There are also six Relief Wardens, who respond to emergency calls outside office hours. The Service is available 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Our Control Room is based at Carlton Forest House in Worksop, the site of A1 Housing Bassetlaw’s head office. There are currently seven operators employed to work on a shift system, who provide an efficient, caring service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
