You can report a repair to our Contact Centre between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also use the same number to report out of hours Emergency Repairs 24 hours a day.

When you report a repair please give us the following information:

A daytime telephone number

As much detailed information about the repair as possible

If you have any special needs or disabilities
Once you have reported a repair we will offer you a morning or afternoon appointment. Unfortunately we cannot give you a specific appointment time, but we will try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs, as such, we also have a time slot to avoid the school run; 9.30am until 2.30pm.
We understand that the days and times we offer may not always be convenient to you and so, depending on the type of repair, we can offer repairs appointments on a weekday evening (last appointment 6.30pm) or Saturday morning (last appointment 10.30am).
