Tracking your Repairs
Should you wish to track the progress of any
repair request that you have reported, you may do so by contacting
our Contact Centre on 0800 590542 and one of
our Contact Centre Operators will endeavour to assist with
your enquiry.
In some circumstances, it may be necessary to
forward your details on to one of our Repairs Co-ordinators, who
will then contact you with any appropriate information.
You can also use A1 Housing's online Repairs
and Rents section, once registered this allows you to view your
