First Time Access for Gas Servicing
During the 2008-09 gas servicing contract our
Partner GM&T gave £3,000 to Bluebell Wood Childrens'
Hospice.The money was raised by our tenants. Every time the gas
servicing engineer gains access to a property on the first attempt
to complete the gas safety check GM&T donates £1 to a
charitable cause, up to a maximum £3,000.
This year we are running the scheme again and
we have chosen to support another local charity, Hope for the
Homeless and we 'hope' that once again our tenants will open their
doors to the gas servicing team and not only keep themselves and
their family safe by making sure their appliances are in tip top
condition but support the hard work of this worthy charity.
