SERVICING YOUR GAS APPLIANCES.To ensure that your gas central heating system is operating correctly we are legally bound, under the current Gas regulations, to carry out a safety check on your heating system once ever year. All gas boilers and or gas fires within your property will be serviced, as we must ensure that they are all operating, as they should and are not in a condition that may affect your health and safety.

HOW LONG WILL THE SERVICING TAKE?Each service will vary depending on the amount of work required, however, we estimate that the work should be completed within 40 to 50 minutes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO AS A TENANT?As a tenant you must ensure access is available for annual servicing of appliances when notified that our engineer will be calling. Failure to do so may lead to your gas supply being disconnected until the appliance/s have been serviced. It is vital that we gain access to your home to undertake your yearly gas service.
GAS HEALTH AND SAFETY When gas is used correctly and with respect it is a safe and economical fuel. To make sure you and your family remain safe from the possible dangers of gas, ensure appliances are checked for safety annually by an A1 Housing CORGI Registered Service Engineer.
