Introducing Your Tenant Liaison Officers

The Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs) will provide information and support to tenants during all stages of the A1 Housing Decent Homes works programme. Each of our Partners and A1 Housing has a TLO and are there to make sure that your needs and expectations are met during any work carried out on your home.
If you have any questions, special needs or complaints regarding the work, the TLOs are there to help.

Julie Taylor - Connaught

44 year old Julie was born and raised in Nottinghamshire. She is the daughter of an ex-mineworker and has two grown children who both still live in the local area.

Being a local council tenant for the past few years, she understands the

need for communication on a regular basis:

"It's vitally important to keep communication channels open between all

parties and the most important party is the tenant. We have to

understand that these tenants are inviting us into their homes and we

have to treat tenants with respect and consideration at all times."

Catherine Warnes - Connaught

44 year old Catherine has been a lifelong resident of Mansfield and is

married with 4 grown up children. She enjoys reading and listening to

music.

"I am here first and foremost for the tenant during and following

improvements to their home. I understand that, for some tenants and

their families, this can be a difficult time. The tenants needs and

their expectations are my priority and I will offer all the support the

tenant requires."

Bob Picksley- A1 Housing
Bob will be a familiar face to many tenants, having worked for over 10years with the District Council and A1 Housing.
A dedicated Sheffield United fan and keen fell-walker Bob 54 said:
"I find that if you are open, honest and fair then people will appreciate what you do. With experience of almost every area of construction work and housing management, I know I can balance customer service and quality control"

Dave Fretwell - Bullock Ltd
Dave from Thurcroft, is a former soldier and keen musician. He has played in and conducted award winning brass bands. He is currently conductor of Whitwell Brass Band.
He said:
"I see myself as a link to the contractor, the tenants voice at Bullocks.I enjoy seeing a job completed and bringing that extra security to people. Sometimes a visit can make a persons day"
