Connaught and Bullock our Partners have recently completed the first batch of Decent Homes Surveys. Programme of Works are now formulated. The work is in conjunction with the A1 Housing Capital Programme, which is currently funding the work. The work selected is based on increasing the energy efficiency of the properties and health and safety issues. Programme of Works include:-
Loft Insulation and Cavity Wall Insulation Re-Roofing New Window Installations New External Door Installations Central Heating Works Periodic Testing (Electrics) Adaptations for the Disabled Window lintel Replacements
THE PARTNERS WILL NOTIFY ALL TENANTS INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE PROGRAMME OF WORKS BY LETTER.
Our partners have now completed 100% internal and external surveys of all our housing stock for Decent Homes (December 2006). all data is currently being entered into our new and bespoke asset management system 'Conntrol'. Decent Homes programme of works will be generated in conjunction with the Tenants Investment Group (TIG).
