We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and keep your account up to date. Your rent pays for the services we provide, for example repairs to your home.
It is a breach of your Tenancy Agreement with us if you do not pay your rent and you could eventually lose your home if you fail to make regular payments.
We will let you know as soon as you fall behind with your rent and our Income Recovery Team is available to discuss any problems you may have.

Direct DebitWe offer weekly or monthly Direct Debit, to complete a Direct Debit instruction via our secure site click here, or if you prefer to download a form, click here If you choose to pay by Direct Debit you will receive a £10 High Street Shopping Voucher (following two months' successful payments). |

Rent Payment CardYou can use your Rent Payment Card at any Post Office or PayPoint location. For a list of places you can pay, click here |

Over the phonePay by Debit or Credit Card, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm on 0800 590 542 (free call from a landline) or by using our 24-hour automated payment line on 01777 713 864.

OnlineThis service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and you can pay using a Debit or Credit Card by clicking here. |
You can also keep track of your latest rent payments by visiting www.seemydata.co.uk. You will need to enter you rent account number, this can be found on your Rent Payment Card or Rent Statement. If you do not have a Seemydata account you can request one online by clicking here or you can telephone 0800 590 542.
