Direct Debit

Direct Debit is an easy way to
pay. Once set up you have nothing more to do to ensure your
payments are made on time. We offer weekly direct debits
or monthly (3 dates to choose from - 3rd, 10th and
18th).
A Direct Debit application form can be downloaded by clicking the
link above. Complete the form and return it to the freepost address
- we'll do the rest.

Internet by Debit Card
The service is currently provided by Alliance and
Leicester BillPay scheme on behalf of A1 Housing. You do not
need to hold a Girobank account. The service is available 24 hours
a day 365 days a year. To use the service you will need a
Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro, or Solo debit card.
Credit cards are not
currently accepted by the Billpay service but you can pay by credit
card or debit card by telephoning our automated phone line or in
our Cash Halls (please see below). Full details of how to use the
BillPay service, including registering as a new user, and
importantly the assurance that the latest encryption technology is
used by Girobank, can be found by clicking to access the

Credit Card
Pay by telephone on our automatic payment line at a
time to suit you. Just telephone 01777
713864. Please have your Bank and Rent Payment
Cards to hand. You will be asked for your reference - this is your
Payment Reference number which can be found on your Rent Payment
Card, bottom right hand corner, or rent statement below the rent
account address. SOLO or AMERICAN EXPRESS cards cannot be
accepted.
Rent Payment Card
All tenants are issued with a Rent Payment Card which
allows you to pay your rent at any Post
Office or PayPoint location. The rent
payment card holds your rent payment reference number on the
magnetic strip and ensures that your payment is automatically sent
to your rent account. If you pay by rent payment card you
will receive a receipt for your payment.

by cheque, debit or credit card. Please bring your Rent
Payment Card to ensure your payment is handled efficiently.
Unfortunately SOLO or AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are not
accepted.

TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS TO REACH US. PLEASE ENSURE THAT PAYMENTS
MADE BY THESE METHODS WILL GET TO US BY THEIR DUE DATE.
