You are now able to:

• look up your rent account balance on-line
• see an on-line statement for your rent account for the last Month
• see any details on Repairs for the last 3 months

Registration

To take advantage of these facilities you simply need to complete a registration form, which you can do in a number of ways:

• On-Line Registration using the form below.
• Dowloadable Registration form
• email your A1 Housing office customer.services@a1housing.co.uk
• telephone your local office - 01909 534520

What happens next?

We will issue you with a username and password, which you must not give out to any other persons.  You will then use the username and password when entering the site to ensure that only you can view your rent account information.   This will normally take up to five working days.
