Leaseholder Focus Group

Are you interested in shaping the services you receive?

We have over 150 leaseholders in Bassetlaw, our aim is to ensure that leaseholders have a say in how we deliver our services and how we can improve. A1 Housing is looking to develop a Leaseholder Focus Group by December 2009. The Group will discuss all relevant leaseholder issues and it is a chance for Leaseholders to meet each other as well as officers from both Bassetlaw District Council and A1 Housing.

Who can join the Focus Group?

We are looking for up to eight leaseholders to represent the interests of all Leaseholders in Bassetlaw.

When will the Focus Group meetings be held?

The Group will initially meet twice a year, every 6 months, for approximately 2 hours.

What will be discussed?

An agenda will be sent out to members of the group, first items under discussion will be the review of the Leaseholder Service Level Agreement and ways to improve attendance at the Annual leaseholder Event in February 2010.

Could I raise an issue?

If a member would like to raise an issue there will be an open session at the end of each meeting.
