A1 Transfers

If you are already an A1 tenant you can apply to move, or "Transfer", to another A1 property.  You can do this by applying on the main Housing Register for the areas you want to live in.

The application forms, policy and supporting information is available on the main Housing Register page but there are a number of points to remember.

• You must follow your conditions of tenancy before we allow you to move (this does not stop you registering an application).  For example:
  • You must keep your rent up to date
  • You must not cause a nuisance or anti social behaviour to your neighbours or other residents in the area.
  • You must not have any outstanding repairs which you are responsible for.
• You have the same choice as all other applicants
• You may be eligible for extra points if you are prepared to move to a smaller property
