A1 Housing manages over 7,000 properties owned by Bassetlaw District Council across the area all of which are available at attractive rents.  We can help you find your new home in a variety of ways:

• Registering a housing application on our Housing Register, waiting list so that you are considered for a new tenancy when a property becomes empty.  Get more information on Waiting Times and Property availability and download an application form and our Housing Application Pack.
• Look at Your Choice for advice on options for quicker rehousing.
• Go to Housing Options for information on other ways to be rehoused.
• If you area already a tenant why not consider an Exchange where you swap your home with another tenant.
• Consider a home with one of the Housing Associations in the area, go to Partners
• Find out about the LETS scheme which allows you to take the initiative in finding a home.
• Look at Home Ownership to see how you could take the first steps on the property ladder
