Every day we hold an advice surgery for different services where you can either leave a message for one of our officers or chat directly to A1 Housing staff about anything to do with your tenancy such as Repairs, Decent Homes or just a general question.
To date we have the surgeries on the following days:
Monday
Money Advice - 2pm to 3pm
Tuesday
You and Your Tenancy - 11am to 12noon
Decent Homes - 2pm to 3pm
Resident involvement - 3pm to 4pm
Wednesday
Adaptations - 2pm to 3pm
Thursday
Repairs - 10am to 11am
Gas Servicing - 2pm to 3pm
Friday
Caretakers - 2pm to 3pm
You can also sign up to one of our groups such as our Tenant Group, Housing Waiting List, Under 35s, Money Advice or our Be Heard from Home group where you can give us your opinion on through our 'Question of the Month' and regular surveys.
