As part of A1 Housings commitment to the Equality and Diversity Agenda annually we run targeted training courses for our employees, board members, key contractors and customers who are involved in our decision making process. The training that is delivered helps make sure that our decision making, service delivery, policies and practices do not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief and gender.
