When there is a need, we can arrange for our information to be translated into community language this can be a minimum of three weeks depending on the language to be translated and the length and complexity of the document. Our most common languages are:

We have members of staff at our main offices that have basic sign language skills. For more detailed meetings or at your Tenants Conference or Consultation Events we can arrange for a British Sign Language interpreter to attend. Unfortunately to attend a meeting, for example, with your Housing Manager we need to have between 4–6 weeks notice.
If you cannot read or see our written information we can provide the information in an audio version. Depending on the size and complexity of the information it will take a minimum of 6 weeks to be provided
If you cannot read our written information we can provide the information in Braille. Depending on the size and complexity of the information it will take a minimum of 4 weeks to be provided. When making your request please tell us whether you need Grade 1 (in full) or Grade 2 (an overview)
