Race Equality Scheme 2005-2008

Under the Race Relations Amendment Act 2000, all local authorities have to produce a Race Equality Scheme and revise the scheme every 3 years.

In addition, to our own Race Equality Scheme, A1 Housing in partnership with Bassetlaw District Councils has signed into a joint Race Equality Scheme which has been revised and updated and covers the period 2005-2008 and details:

• Our approach to; and priorities for promoting race equality.
• Bassetlaw District Council's commitment and obligation to promoting race equality
