Information in Different Formats

We will provide information in different formats to make sure all customers can access our services quickly and easily. This can be for customers who have reduced or no vision, or have reduced or no hearing, or where English is not their first language.

Large print, Braille or audio tape

We can provide documents or information leaflets in large print, Braille or audio tape.
If you would like any of our documents, such as Rent Statements, or specific information leaflets in large print please complete the on-line form or call our Customer Services Department on 01909 534520. Please note that this can take up to five working days for the information to be enlarged.

We can also provide a service using a minicom or signers.

Translated Documents

Where there is a need, we can arrange for our information to be translated into a number of different languages other than English or provide an interpreter to help with any elements of your tenancy.
Please note that the translation of some documents can be a minimum of three weeks depending on the language to be translated and the length and complexity of the document.

Easy reading

We use plain English in our publications and have an Easy Reading Group to make sure that everything we publish is easy to read and understand.
We are also happy to fill in forms and read out written information - we treat those requests sensitively.
