A1 Housing is responsible for cleaning the communal areas of sheltered housing schemes, flats and community centres.
Nottinghamshire County Council have been employed as contractor to provide this service and the areas will clean include floors, walls, stairs, handrails, windows, and window sills.
We also employ the services of RCW Cleaning Services Ltd to clean the outside windows of flats, sheltered housing schemes, and community centres. This service is provided once per month and includes; all external communal windows, doors and glass screens, fanlights and landing windows.
How clean is your communal area
Both Notts County Council and A1 Housing monitor this service with regular spot checks, Estate Inspections and by consulting tenants.
