A1 Housing offers help and advice for tenants suffering from domestic violence.
It is also a condition of our tenancy that the tenant does not inflict domestic violence or threaten violence against any other person (either living with them or in another council home). Evidence of domestic violence does not rely on a criminal charge and we may take legal action based on evidence from the victim or other witnesses.
