About Us
A1 Housing is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and we provide the day-to-day management of Bassetlaw District Council's housing stock.
We are a non-profit making company and are owned and controlled by Bassetlaw District Council.
We currently manage around 7,000 properties across Bassetlaw and work in partnership with local people and various and agencies to deliver quality homes and support sustainable neighbourhoods.
We have been delivering the Government's Decent Homes programme since 2004 and have so far invested millions of pounds to bring Council homes up to the Decent Homes Standard. This programme is due to be completed in 2014.
