The option to be involved
from home, no need to leave your house, do it when you can, suits
most people.
Time needed: 10-15 minutes.

Self Catering -
Do it Yourself
This option is a way to
have your say, when you want to, no time is committed to A1
Housing, meetings are arranged to suit the group by the group and
little or no support is needed from A1 Housing.
Time needed: every day queries and monthly 2 hour
get togethers.

Bed &
Breakfast - Do it to suit you
This option allows
involvement that makes changes but doesn’t require hundreds of
hours committed. Training is provided for both and a commitment to
test our services on a 3 monthly basis.
Time needed: 3 hours every 3
months.

Half Board - Do
it when asked
This option gives you the
chance to be part of the decision making and to be involved in a
way that changes services. Meetings are set for the year and
advance notice is given to you, transport is usually offered and
lunch/refreshments provided.
Time needed: 4-5 meetings a year.

Full Board - Do
it when needed
This option does need a
continued commitment to attend meetings and time in between to read
the information sent out to you. This option is focused on
improving the way A1 communicate with you the tenants and making
sure information is accessible and readable, providing training to
build skills.
Time needed: regular meetings and time to read
information in between.

All Inclusive -
Do it and change it
The all inclusive option
is the ultimate option for commitment, infl uence and involvement.
This option is for those of you that are prepared to come to
meetings with Senior Members of A1 staff and challenge performance
and to discuss and recommend service improvements. Training will be
provided for those interested and as this is the most challenging
role we believe this will also be the most rewarding, actually
changing the services to meet what tenants need.
Time needed: 4 meetings a year
with full commitment to attend and time to read and assess
information sent out in between.
