Providing Quality Homes and Neighbourhoods
The pages below provide information for leaseholders of flats or maisonettes that have been bought from Bassetlaw District Council under the Right to Buy scheme. A1 Housing Bassetlaw Limited acts as the managing agent for Bassetlaw District Council, which means that we deal with all your day-to-day issues.
We have recently carried out a review to improve our service to leaseholders and as a result we have introduced a single point of contact to deal with all your enquiries and concerns. This contact will be the Asset Management Officer who will endeavour to answer your enquiries or concerns and will be the central link in directing you to other relevant departments if required.
As from the 1st June 2007 you can contact the Communications Policy and Performance Officer on 01909 533243.
